With over a decade of experience working with youth in non-profit, nature-based, and educational settings, I bring a warm and authentic approach to my work with young people and their families. I specialize in working with children ages 3-12, helping them navigate trauma, identity, anger, anxiety, neurodivergence, and grief and loss through the utilization of play, mindfulness, and creative arts approaches. Through these modalities, my clients are able to regulate emotions, build resiliency, and reconnect with themselves. I work not only with children, but in partnership with their caregivers, recognizing that lasting change happens in the context of connection. Each play therapy session ends with a parent coaching check in to ensure that you as the caregiver are supported through every step of the therapeutic process.
