I work with adults navigating life transitions, depression, grief, parenting and relationships, creativity and childhood issues. I recognize the vulnerability of coming to therapy, and meet clients with warmth, curiosity, and without judgment. I believe that a supportive therapeutic relationship provides the foundation for exploration, and strive to offer a space where clients can discuss whatever is on their mind, with curiosity and self-compassion, as a way to cultivate growth, emotional resilience, and a gratifying sense of self.
