A New Year is upon us, and life's journey can feel turbulent at times. Whether you are facing difficult transitions, challenging interpersonal relationships, or simply wanting to improve your mental health and wellness, you are worthy of support! As a therapist, my hope for every Client is they leave each session feeling empathy, validation, and encouragement. I believe therapy can be as fun as it is challenging, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know all aspects of a Client's personality as we progress deeper into treatment. I have experience working with clients on a wide variety of concerns including Anxiety, Depression, and interpersonal relationship conflicts. Other modalities used to meet the needs of each individual client may include: cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and person centered therapy.
