I specialize in working with adults navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, and spirituality/faith transitions, as well as students & LGBTQIA+ folks. Many clients come to me during seasons of unmasking—after years of perfectionism, people-pleasing, or trying to fit within religious or societal expectations. Our work may involve gently unmasking, tending to nervous system patterns shaped by shame, & exploring identity with nuance—especially when untangling from systems that once offered meaning but now feel constraining. Together, we make space for what comes next—healing, reimagining & reconstructing a life that feels more fully your own.
