My therapeutic approach involves a blend of psychodynamic and person-centered interventions. It is my responsibility to immerse myself in my clients' worlds founded on trust, empathy, and acceptance. I also believe that past and present experiences shape who we are, how we choose to define ourselves, and our relationships with others. I guide individuals who have difficulty in navigating concerns regarding identity, low self-esteem, grief, and burnout.
