Hi! My name is Emma. I offer spiritual counseling, holistic healing, and functional nutrition for women in MO and IL. I help you heal your problems from the root so you can feel more conscious, integrated, and whole. I use Depth Hypnosis, Shamanic Counseling, Buddhist Psychology, Holistic Nutrition, Psychedelic Integration, and TRE, all of which I am trained and/or certified in. I am also level 3 trained in IFS. One fun fact about me is that I have studied, lived, and worked in many countries, and I've been to 33 countries in total!
