I provide individual therapy for individuals navigating OCD, anxiety, perfectionism, and overcontrol in addition to depression and other mood disorders. I work with clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders and feel honored to help individuals in various stages of recovery. I connect well with clients who are curious and willing to be introspective and psychologically flexible in order to identify and change maladaptive behavioral patterns. I practice a compassionate, direct, and humor-based approach and encourage clients to lean into inherent strengths and intuition to continue building a meaningful life.
