I provide therapy to individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, women’s issues (perinatal, postpartum, weaning, transition to motherhood), infertility, trauma, life transitions and relational issues. As a mother of two myself, I understand some of the complex emotions that come with the transition to parenthood and I hope to support others in this phase of life. Whether you’re brand new to therapy or whether you’ve previously seen a therapist, I hope to create an environment where you feel comfortable being curious and learning about yourself to understand how past experiences impact your relationships and worldview today.
