My main focus is creating a safe therapeutic space where I welcome all parts of you - the anxious parts that just want to be loved, the parts afraid of connection and vulnerability, and even the parts who may cause chaos in your life. Through all your unique moments - from your biggest accomplishments, to your most challenging times - I will be there to walk alongside you. Together we will work towards your definition of healing, with you as the expert of your experience.
