Hi! I'm Emma Press, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a passion for mental health, serving all of New York State! First, I congratulate you for taking the first steps of entering therapy, as this alone may be an intimidating process for many. For my clients, my primary concern is to ensure a warm and safe space to heal and process what has led them to enter therapy. My mission for ALL my clients is to maintain a level of inherent comfort and to develop a close clinical relationship to ensure progress and growth throughout the entire therapeutic process. I look forward to potentially working with you and helping you heal. As I say to all my clients, you are in the driver's seat, and I am the passenger. You are in control of your healing process, and I am here to guide and support you every step of the way. I have experience with a multitude of mental health diagnoses, and we will work together to create the perfect treatment plan that is best suited for you.
