Have you been feeling like something has got to give? Your mind won't stop spinning about things to fear or about past events. Have you been feeling like OCD or anxiety has a grip on you instead of you managing it? I specialize in working with those living with OCD, anxiety, and survivors of trauma. It can be scary and overwhelming to feel like the past won't stay in the past. It can also be overwhelming to feel ruled by intrusive thoughts, but you don't have to face it alone. I'm also passionate about working with those who have chronic illnesses, panic attacks, and who feel controlled by their people pleasing tendencies.
