I provide person-centered therapy tailored to each client’s unique needs and preferences. My overall approach to counseling is conversational and flowing. I have advanced training in CBT, DBT, and perinatal mental health that I keep in mind as we work through identifying your goals and establishing skills. I often work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, bipolar disorder, and more. I aim to create a safe, inclusive space, especially for women and LGBTQ+ clients, drawing from feminist theory and a deep understanding of how societal pressures and identity impact emotional well-being, growth, and healing.
