I am a trauma-informed psychotherapist. As a clinician, my role is to assist you with setting and maintaining goals that are rooted in your unique core values. I provide gender affirming, LGBTQ+ affirming care and work from the "health at every size" philosophy. I work with issues pertaining to grief and loss, anxiety and depression, and PTSD. I have experience working with folks who are recovering from domestic and intimate partner violence, process addictions, substance misuse and eating disorders, with a focus on harm reduction.
