Hey, it's nice to meet you! My name is Emma (she/her), and I am a Neurodivergent therapist who specializes in treating OCD (and also loves general therapy - everyone needs a safe space to process thoughts and emotions, and I love providing just that!). My therapeutic approach is client-led, systems-informed, casual, and Neurodivergence-affirming (which means my clients and I color, crochet, and otherwise fidget during sessions). I am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and use psychoeducation in all areas of my practice. Clients are empowered to be in full control of the pace and direction of their treatment, which allows for self-determination and leads to lasting recovery.
