I love working with people of all ages starting as young as 3 years old. Some common goals that clients have set while working with me in therapy include reducing anxiety, managing stress, developing secure attachment in relationships, learning to set boundaries, improving communication, and processing trauma. I believe that the client-therapist relationship is one of the most important parts of therapy. I strive to build meaningful therapeutic connections with anyone I’m working with. If you’re my client, I see you as your own “co-therapist” and I try to make therapy a collaborative process from the very beginning.
