I primarily help children and teens with daily life challenges and transitions. I aim to create a safe and welcoming environment for all individuals and enjoy empowering individuals to be their best self. I have experience with individuals of all ages, but especially enjoy working with children and teens. I incorporate play therapy into sessions and enjoy making therapy fun for children in a creative way. My goal is for a child to look forward to therapy sessions and take away new skills and understanding after each session.
