My own healing journey from toxic relationships inspired me to help others break free from unhealthy cycles. As your therapist, I’ll support you in recognizing your strengths, identifying patterns of pain, and shifting toward a more empowering perspective. I specialize in working with individuals and families healing from emotional and physical abandonment, as well as those recovering from narcissistic abuse in parental, romantic, or sibling relationships.
