I work with adults of all ages seeking support in navigating depression, anxiety, complex trauma, experiences of interpersonal and/or systemic violence, grief, relational difficulties, chronic illness/disability, neurodivergence, and identity exploration. I am particularly passionate about working with queer and trans people, sexual trauma survivors, activists/organizers, disabled/chronically ill/covid-conscious folks, and anyone who struggles to feel safe or at home in their bodies.
