As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I approach counseling from a holistic perspective, considering the body, mind, and soul of each individual that walks through my door. I wholeheartedly believe that when we notice struggle in one aspect of life there are other areas that suffer as well. I specialize in a variety of issues including pregnancy and postpartum issues, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, parenting, and daily life difficulties. I would love to help you find some direction and empowerment to take on the giant you are facing. I also offer distance counseling to Idaho residents and coaching services to those outside of Idaho.
