When life feels heavy, anxiety becomes overwhelming, or past trauma including post-partum can make it hard to stay present, therapy can offer a gentle space to heal. These experiences can show up as racing thoughts, physical tension, painful memories, or feeling overwhelmed by everyday life. Emma provides a warm, supportive, and non judgmental environment where clients can feel heard, understood, and supported as they gain insight and reconnect with themselves. Emma understands that no two experiences are the same and creates space for clients to explore their stories at their own pace. Emma works with adolescents and adults.
