Therapy should be a place you feel safe, supported and heard. My goal is to provide children, adolescents, college students and young adults with a comfortable space where we can work together and develop appropriate tools to feel confident and empowered in all phases of life. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a main specialty providing counseling to children, teens and young adults/ college students (roughly ages 5-30). I help my clients in managing struggles of anxiety, depression, trauma/ PTSD, college stressors, self esteem, relationship and interpersonal conflicts, and emotion regulation.
