I’m Emma Pici-D’Ottavio, a Resident Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Art Therapist with two years of experience. I specialize in supporting adults and adolescents facing challenges like depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, addiction, self-esteem concerns, and major life transitions. I have experience working with adults dealing with substance use disorders in both partial hospitalization and outpatient settings, as well as with transition-age youth and adolescents. Before becoming a therapist, I spent six years working in mental health research, which deepened my understanding of the field.
