Many of my clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, or neurodivergence, but I also work with a wide range of challenges—identity, relationships, burnout, and more. My clients want a safe, affirming space to feel seen, build insight, and create change at their own pace with warmth, acceptance, and a bit of humor.
