Therapy with me is about making space for life’s complexities, and helping you uncover your own strength and clarity within them. You may be emotionally disconnected, overwhelmed, or caught in patterns that don’t feel great but can be hard to shift. I get it. I specialize in helping people who are incredibly self-aware, but still find themselves spiraling, people-pleasing, or second-guessing every decision. Together, we’ll take an honest look at what’s been keeping you stuck or causing distress. We will work to soften the self-judgment, shift patterns that aren’t working, and build a narrative more grounded in self-trust.
