I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or worn down, often when sex or intimacy has become stressful instead of connecting. Many people come in feeling embarrassed, discouraged, or unsure how to even start the conversation. In our work, we take shame out of the room and focus on creating a space that feels open, safe, and honest. You don’t need the right words or a clear plan, you can come exactly as you are, and we’ll figure it out together.
