I work with individuals and couples and polycules who feel disconnected from their sexuality, desire, or sense of intimacy, and who want something more fulfilling than what they’ve been taught to expect. Many are untangling unhealthy messages about sex and relationships, rebuilding trust with their bodies, or wanting to develop a more confident and authentic erotic self. I believe more fulfilling sex and deeper connection are possible and our work will focuse on building healthy relationships with yourself and others. As an aasect CST, (an advanced credential held by fewer than 1% of therapists), I have specialized training in sexuality, relationships, and clinical ethics. My work is rooted in systems thinking, and attachment theory meaning we look not only at symptoms, but at the patterns, dynamics, and emotional bonds shaping your experiences.
