Hi, I’m Emma! As a clinician, I specialize in supporting women and the LGBTQ+ community while providing care to individuals of all identities. I am deeply committed to dismantling the stigmas surrounding sexuality, gender, and women’s health, offering compassionate and non-judgmental care to all my clients. With experience in addressing anxiety, depression, identity exploration, relational challenges, trauma, and grief, I believe therapeutic work can be transformative at any stage of life. I’m passionate about helping individuals find healing, growth, and self-empowerment. My therapeutic approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Feminist Therapy, with a foundation in a person-centered approach. I believe each client is the expert of their own life and understands their own needs best. I see myself as a change advocate, partnering with you to help you become the best version of yourself.
