I am a relational therapist who specializes in working with young children, parents, and adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, family of origins concerns, self-esteem, emotional regulation, and parenting. I believe healing happens in the context of safe, supportive relationships, and I strive to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel seen, understood, and accepted just as you are. Together, we can build insight, strengthen connections, and support meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you. View 6 Photos For my work with children, I am trained in Somatic Experiential Play Therapy, which builds upon the natural way kids express themselves: through play. In this low pressure environment, children can express what is troubling them through play when words aren’t yet accessible. I believe that caregivers are a key part of the therapy process.
