I offer guidance and support in self listening practice where we tune into your internal experiences together. We partner to identify concerns and barriers, tend to painful and vulnerable emotions, build and authentically experience reciprocal relationships, and connect to yourself in daily life. This is helpful for people who have been disconnected from their intuition and inherent worthiness by the stress of their lived experiences, mental health needs, and systemic oppression. I enjoy working with protectors who worry, intellectualize, compartmentalize, minimize/maximize, problem solve, dissociate, shut down, bully, and blame.
