To me, therapy is a collaborative process and I aim to meet my clients wherever they are on their journey to health. Whether a problem is long-standing and complex, or more recent and straightforward, I want to learn about how they view themselves, others, and the world. We can then identify what does or does not work in their lives and expand upon those areas to create desired change. I am able to assist with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and grief/loss, among others. I welcome all genders and enjoy working with ages 14 through seniors.
