Hi there! Finding a therapist can be intimidating, and I'm so proud of you for reaching this step in seeking the support you need. I believe therapy is a powerful tool for reaching your goals, whatever they may be, and I consider it an honor to walk alongside you on this journey. I hope to empower clients to overcome shame and trauma so they can reach their fullest potential. When I'm not in the therapy office, I can be found hanging out with my dogs, at the farmer's market, or planning my next trip.
