I’m Emmanuel Garcia, a Mexican American, first-generation college graduate, and founder of Radiate Hope Therapy. I work with adults and adolescents navigating trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, identity concerns, and major life transitions, including sobriety and recovery. I especially support men and first-generation clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about their next steps. Having navigated my own journey through therapy and recovery, I understand the courage it takes to reach out. I bring empathy, understanding, and practical guidance to help you gain clarity, confidence, and hope as you move forward.
