Hey everyone! I'm Emmanuel Rock, a licensed professional counselor who is passionate about helping people through life's ups and downs. I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings and work towards a happier, healthier you. My therapeutic approach focuses on creating a compassionate, client-centered environment where you feel safe to explore and process your thoughts and emotions. I use a combination of evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and integrative techniques, tailored to each client's unique needs.
