My ideal client is ready for change—even if they’re unsure where to start. Together, we’ll explore your strengths, identify patterns, and create a path toward healing and clarity. I use a client-centered, strength-based, solution-focused approach with mindfulness to help you regain control, find peace, and move forward with purpose. I truly believe that with the right coaching, processing and guidance, we are able to overcome many of our life stressors.
