You don’t have to face these experiences alone. I have 18 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and families across many stages of life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strength-based—I believe every person has resilience and capacity for growth, even during the most difficult seasons. I began my career working with individuals with disabilities and have since held roles in corrections diversion and child welfare. These experiences have shaped my deep respect for each person’s story and the systems that influence their lives. I bring a trauma-informed, culturally responsive lens to therapy and prioritize safety, trust, and collaboration.
