As such, my approach is grounded in authenticity, collaboration, and shared joy. Together, we can navigate challenging thoughts, emotions, and situations. I have experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, OCD, mood disorders, ADHD, autism, self-esteem, and life transitions. As a neurodiversity-affirming therapist, I am dedicated to empowering clients by embracing their neurodiversity and ensuring they feel accepted and understood. While I work with clients of all ages, my passion lies in supporting children and teens. I recognize the transformative power of play at every stage of life and as such I incorporate humor, creativity, and joy into sessions to foster a meaningful therapeutic experience. I believe in individualizing my approach to best support my clients.
