Therapy provides a space to gain a deeper understanding of why life may be feeling unfulfilling and tools to improve your quality of life. Every person comes to therapy for their own reasons and unique story - whether it is feeling held back by past experiences, facing challenges in relationships, dealing with anxiety or feelings of depression. I tailor my approach to best meet your unique needs and goals. In sessions I’m collaborative, holistic, and empathetic. Through a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust and authentic connection, we can address your concerns, build insight, and work towards the growth you’re looking for. I take an integrative approach, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities to support your unique needs and goals. We create an understanding of your inner world - how it was formed, your strengths and patterns no longer serving you. From there, we can use approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and somatic healing.
