I have 22 years experience as an educator, working with children and adults from various backgrounds. As a teacher, administrator, and BCBA, I believe that all of my credentials have allowed me to understand the learning process and its impact on different individuals with various abilities . To me, it doesn't matter if I am teaching or training a class of young children, RBTs, teachers, or individuals with special needs (Autism, ADHD, etc.), what should matter is the respect and understanding that I show those whom I have a privilege of instructing. What matters is the ultimate goal of education which is growth and learning.
