We no longer have the luxury of access to our community or support systems on a daily basis. That is when a therapist, as a professional outsider, can become your best ally and help you navigate through the maze that is life. As a therapist, I will help you identify your own internal strengths and external resources and develop new tools and skills. We will work together as a team to explore your past and how it may be impacting you today.
