I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor currently providing Telehealth/online therapy for teenagers and adults. Working in mental health for over 15 years, I have had the pleasure of serving a diverse population of individuals seeking assistance to overcome various types of emotional and mental hurdles. I am a dedicated therapist who provides a non-judgmental approach to promote emotional growth and development. I work with families, individuals, and couples in a safe non-biased environment to fully understand their unique situations based on their history of past and present challenges. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them find and resolve the underlying problems that lead to anxiety, anger, depression, and other emotional challenges.
