We see children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, perinatal & postpartum, substance use, eating disorders, ADHD, infertility, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, life transitions, weight loss. We provide in-person therapy in Boise, ID and Augusta, GA, as well as virtual sessions across both states. Our approach focuses on building trust, empowering clients, while creating a safe, supportive space to explore challenges, strengthen coping skills, and foster growth.
