Through my life experience and education I believe developing supportive relationships has the power to reduce the effects of trauma for a child, parents and families. I approach therapy sessions differently depending on the client’s needs and goals. If it is the client’s goal to work on a current obstacle in life or lifetime of trauma I see it as an honor to help the client navigate the process of healing. Allowing a safe space for people to explore their emotions and develop skills to create a congruent environment around them and navigate the unknowns in life. View 6 Photos My focus is on working with individuals, children and adolescents who have experienced trauma. Specific areas of experience is in families and individuals develop skills to deal with anxiety, depression, behavioral changes and life transitions. I work with clients utilizing Story Informed Trauma Therapy, Play Therapy and Sand Tray modalities.
