Engaging in activities of wellness that supports the whole individual promotes continuous healing that allows us to connect to ourselves and others on a deeper level.” As an LMHC I can provide advanced Training in TF-CBT, DBT, ARC, LGBTQ+, Family Therapy. I have worked with individuals who struggle with Eating Disorders, adjustment disorders, anxiety & depression, suicidality, childhood trauma disorders, survivors of sexual assault & exploitation, and Conduct disorders to name a few.
