I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a PhD in Social Work and over 25 years of experience. I specialize in working with people navigating life transitions, workplace harm, relationship concerns, grief, complex trauma, and mental health challenges. I meet people where they are in their unique self-discovery journeys and help them connect with their authentic selves and inner wisdom. With a background in social work, I am also equipped to help people, especially women, recover from abuse and navigate complex systems, such as the family court system, that may be oppressive and causing distress.
