They may be confused by conflicting information, long service delays, or unclear expectations—and unsure how to move things forward. They want practical guidance, clearer next steps, and support that helps them advocate effectively so consistent meaningful progress navigating the employment systems feels possible again. They are seeking either one on one guidance or assistance in a group setting.
