My name is Janeffer Del Valle, I am a Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Licensed Professional Counselor, experienced in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma (Trauma Recovery Empowerment Model and Seeking Safety), Stress Management, Grief & Loss, Conflict Resolution/Anger Management, Relationship/Marital Stressors, Assertiveness Training & Relapse Prevention. I have worked with a diverse population struggling with anxiety, depression and trauma for 20 years and am looking forward to continuing to serve adults in need of support to get them through their rough days and empower them to pursue their life goals and reach their healthiest self.
