Hello, my name is Brooke. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and the owner of Empowerment Counseling. I believe every person carries strength and resilience, even in the middle of life’s most difficult seasons. My role is to walk alongside you as we uncover those strengths and work toward the goals that matter most to you. With 20 years of experience, I have created a space that feels welcoming, collaborative, and centered on your growth, clarity, and well-being. My approach is warm and practical, with open conversation guided by your voice and strategies tailored to your needs. I also offer small therapeutic groups and a limited number of structured mental health evaluations.
