I work with clients navigating a wide range of life stressors and mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. I proudly have experience supporting diverse communities, including those within the LGBTQIA+ population. I believe that by exploring painful experiences and unhelpful patterns, we can create room for difficult emotions while fostering empowerment, personal growth, internal validation, and self-acceptance.
