About
Accepting New Clients — College and young adulthood can feel exciting but stressful. People may see you as focused and driven, but inside you feel more scattered and anxious than they realize. Perfectionism and an inner critic run your schedule. School, work, relationships, finding time for yourself—it feels like too much, but you worry you're not doing enough. You often say "Yes" but you want to say, "No, I can't handle one more thing!" Trying to manage ADHD, trauma, or just your day-to-day mood on top of everything feels extra exhausting. You want to feel balanced, confident, more at ease... maybe even kinder to yourself. I specialize in working with neurodivergent clients and the challenges unique to young adulthood. We'll focus on what's important to you, whether that's improving self-esteem and confidence, healing trauma, or learning skills to cope with the daily tough stuff. My therapy style is interactive, collaborative, and inclusive—tears and laughter are both welcome.
