I am a down-to-earth, multi-racial/cultural psychotherapist who genuinely cares. I have a deep passion for guiding women into their full potential —empowering them to find, develop, and utilize their own minds and voices. The deep work of healing, growth, and change in psychotherapy, leads us toward greater personal sovereignty and agency. Encounter Therapy was birthed out of a passion to offer authentic therapeutic relational encounters where experiences of trust and safety are co-created, helping you reimagine what connection can feel like. I genuinely believe healing happens through safe, attuned, and responsive relationships.
